Delete Your Renovixy Account

For security reasons, account deletion must be performed from within the Renovixy mobile app. This page explains the process and what happens to your data.

Important: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Once deleted, you will lose access to:

Your order history and project records
Saved preferences and profile information
Any ongoing service requests

Service records are retained for 7 years for legal compliance per our Privacy Policy.

How to Delete Your Account in the App

Step 1

Open the Renovixy Mobile App

Launch the Renovixy app on your mobile device and log in with your account credentials.

Step 2

Go to Your Profile / Settings

Tap on your profile icon or the Settings (gear) icon, usually located in the top-right corner or bottom navigation bar.

Step 3

Select 'Account Settings' or 'Manage Account'

Look for an option labeled 'Account Settings', 'Manage Account', 'Privacy', or similar.

Step 4

Tap 'Delete Account' or 'Request Account Deletion'

Find and tap the 'Delete Account' button. This may be under a 'Privacy', 'Security', or 'Danger Zone' section.

Step 5

Confirm Your Identity

The app will ask you to re-enter your password, or send an OTP to your registered email/phone for verification.

Step 6

Final Confirmation

Read the warning about permanent data loss, then tap 'Confirm' or 'Delete Permanently' to proceed.

Step 7

Account Deleted

You will receive a confirmation that your account has been permanently deleted. You will be logged out automatically.

Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted

Account credentials (email, password hash)
Profile information (name, phone number, address)
Order history and project associations
Communication preferences and notification settings
Device tokens and login sessions
Personal preferences and saved data

Data Retained (Legal Requirement)

The following records are retained for legal, regulatory, and compliance purposes and cannot be deleted upon request:

Service Records

Retained for 7 years for warranty and legal compliance purposes.

Transaction Records

Retained for 7 years per financial regulations and tax requirements.

Legal Correspondence

Retained as required by applicable laws and regulations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I delete my account from the website instead?

No. For security and identity verification, account deletion is only available through the mobile app where you are already authenticated.

What if I don't have access to the mobile app?

You can install the Renovixy app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android), log in, and then follow the steps above. If you cannot access the app, contact our support team for assistance.

How long does the deletion take?

Once you confirm in the app, deletion is immediate. You will be logged out instantly and can no longer access your account.

Can I recover my account after deletion?

No. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. You would need to create a new account if you wish to use Renovixy services again.

Will my service history be deleted?

Your personal account data is deleted, but service records (work orders, invoices, project details) are retained for 7 years per legal requirements as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
